The First Day Of Obamacare Has Brought Disaster For Applicants Personal Information
(USA) – Day one of Obamacare has already seen the loss of patients personal information. Tens of thousands of Obamacare applicants had their data breached when it was sent out over an unencrypted Government internet connection late October 1st.
Each state was required to send in the info of persons looking to sign up with the new and affordable healthcare package. That’s when things went haywire and the emails were intercepted by a conservative hacker group.
A statement released by the online activists claimed responsibility for the leak, pointing out the Obama administration’s lack of security measures to protect the exchange of private data.
The two police officers involved in the shooting of John Crawford III inside a Breavercreek, OH, Wal-Mart have been acquitted on charges by a grand jury on Wednesday. However, they may not be completely out of the water just yet. President Obama, deeming the Grand Jury’s response to the obvious abuse of police power inadequate, has filed federal charges against the officers involved.
New footage has been released of the surveillance video showing the officers gunning down the 22-year-old after he had placed the toy gun onto the ground.
Churches related to Christian denominations could lose their tax exempt status if President Barack Obama has his way. During a recent press conference, Obama expressed to reporters his hope to reduce–if not eliminate–the nation’s deficit.
“In America, our hardest working citizens are the ones who are taxed the most excessively. There is no reason we should continue to punish the self-reliant by expecting them to foot the bill for nearly everything this state requires. We must find ways to cut corners and develop new methods of maintaining essential programs and services which rely so heavily on the incomes of our residents. Christian churches, for example, have always relied on tax-exempt status. I believe the time has come to start taxing churches in order to alleviate our nations debt. It’s time we hold them accountable. Christianity is a multi-billion dollar a year industry. It is for this reason that I do not believe these churches need their tax exempt status. The American public needs it far more.”
When one reporter asked about the places of worship for other religions, such as Jewish synagogues, and Muslim mosques, Obama replied defensively:
Despite being mired in a touchy situation with our increasingly fragile US economy, Obama has made the choice to donate a hefty 20 million dollars to Israel. Israeli leaders have openly expressed gratitude after being granted the funds, which will aid them in resolving the bloody Israeli/Palestinian conflict, and restore peace within the occupied lands.
Israeli politician and Knesset member, Ayelet Shaked, was appointed to accept the funds early Saturday morning. “We are pleased and humbled that the US has given us this opportunity to address these issues and put an end to this struggle once and for all. America’s generous grant will aid in eradicating elements of violence so that we may reestablish peace within our country.”
